While Massive Learning is a new initiative we’ve been teaching for years. We’ve worked with most of the major coding education organizations in the country, and held workshops in schools across Canada. We’ve helped get thousands of kids started coding and over a thousand educators.
Primary & Secondary Education
We’ve taught coding workshops with Canada Learning Code, Kids Code Jeunesse, and GoCode! as well as our own events, reaching over 4000 kids in every Canadian province except PEI (PEI educators, feel free to drop us a line!). We’ve taught students from Kindergarten to Grade 12 using block, visual and text coding with Scratch, Micro:bits, HTML, Python, Javascript, Gamemaker and Godot.
Educating Educators
We’ve also taught over 1000 educators and other adult learners. We’ve taught workshops at UBC, the Universities of Alberta, Calgary, Saskatchewan, Regina, Winnipeg, Carleton and McGill University and many others. We’ve helped teach in-service and pre-service teachers how to teach coding, and we’ve taught direct industry skills to adult learners including web development, general programming and game development.
Industry Informed Education
Our teaching has run the full gamut, from kindergarten to elementary school, middle school to high school, university to adult learners. We’ve taught everything from the most basic introductions, to advanced industry specific skills workshops. No other coding education organization has our depth of knowledge, industry experience and industry achievements. We’re top line industry professionals working to deliver the world’s best digital education directly informed by decades of industry experience.
